In the comics “Les Captains” the OAB is the Organisation Anti Brigands or basically the Anti Villains Organization.
They god right under their office a special jail for all mutants bad guys. The song try to explore how beneath every proper start up office there is hell.

So there is a progression from bottom to the top, with a very tribal and hard beginning until the symphonic climax but with style the same demoniac melodic signature.
